Testimonials

Some companies talk about customer service, but you guys really deliver. It’s a measure of the excellent working relationship we enjoy with you that at a time of stress like the last 12 months, we have always felt you were with us. Please pass on our thanks to the whole team for all you are continuing to do. It’s really appreciated.

RMT has enjoyed an extremely positive relationship with Public-i who have consistently delivered a reliable live streaming service that fully meets all RMT requirements. The benefits to RMT have been numerous as live streaming the event has helped to encourage more members to get directly involved in union decision-making.

We decided to start live streaming to help us reach our local population – involving them in decision making and clearly demonstrating how we do our business. Live streaming offers a record of our meetings that can be used for reference in a simple and transparent way.

Katy Brownbill, Senior Communications ManagerNHS South Cheshire CCG and NHS Vale Royal CCG

It is not only the service on the day that we value but also the post-event extras. Public-i helped us with editing and a detailed data report.
The in-built statistics are brilliant resource and enable us to judge the effectiveness of our communications and promotional activities.

I’ve sold the speed at which you guys turn things around as one of the real positives of why we should go with this as an option for virtual live streaming. Imagine asking Microsoft to introduce a new feature! It’d be 2 years before we got an acknowledgement!

“In the 10 years we’ve been using Public-i’s webcasting system, I am pleased to say the service received has been excellent. I do not believe that there is another webcasting company that could offer us more.”

Public-i were great when we were getting started and were on hand to help with any issues. We’re now flying solo but assured that Public-i are there if we need them.

[Connect Hybrid] worked wonderfully. It’s a really good kit: really easy to use and everyone seemed impressed with it.

I can’t speak highly enough of this solution. Dead easy, dead straightforward. You’re able to webcast anything, anywhere: it is what is says on the box.

Whether citizens are just getting online or are already established there, the webcasts provide an attractive and user-friendly opportunity for engaging with public authorities.

South Yorkshire Joint Secretariat

As a local government, we have a lot of public meetings as we have got to be transparent on all of our decisions, and Public-i help us to do this. When COVID19 struck and meetings went fully remote, they helped us utilise our system to carry on broadcasting our meetings through Microsoft Teams. Now that we are allowed to have more people in the meeting rooms we are utilising the hybrid solution to bring in partner organisations and also potential contracts into the meetings without them needing to travel, they are able to present and fully interact with the people in the meeting.
Public-i have really helped both myself and my local government to carry as normal as we possibly could.

Staffordshire County CouncilChris Perriam

Pembrokeshire County Council has been using Connect Remote since May 2020, which has allowed for the continuation of County Council meetings, via an easy to use virtual platform. The support we have received from the start has been fantastic and continues to be, as we navigate through the pandemic to provide meetings that possess openness and transparency. Normal working procedures would not have been possible if it wasn’t for Public-i.
