We know that every council is unique so Public-i offer a range of maintenance and support packages, tailored to support client audio-visual suites. We offer both preventative and reactive maintenance contracts, regardless of whether we supplied the hardware or not.

Some clients opt for reactive maintenance packages, which means they’re able to call upon our service desk and engineer team when a fault arises.

Others opt for preventative maintenance packages which mean our engineers attend site on a regular basis to look after the AV hardware and keep it in good working order.

Engineering expertise

Public-i engineers are highly knowledgeable and qualified. With AVIXA CTS certifications, site safety qualifications and working-at-height training, they are able to help whatever the issue. Stationed nationwide, they are ready to repair or replace faulty equipment quickly and efficiently.


Service Desk Support

Our service desk team provide first-line support and remote troubleshooting for AV faults. With a wealth of knowledge at hand, they can often address common issues without the need for an engineer to attend site.
