Hybrid meetings are here to stay, but they shouldn’t mean extra complexity, cost, or compliance headaches. With HybridLink for Teams (HL4T), we’ve built a solution that works the way you do: integrating the tools you already use (like Microsoft Teams) with the formal meeting standards local governments require.

HybridLink for Teams

Why Local Authorities Choose HL4T

  • The only solution built for (and by) the public sector – Developed in partnership with councils to meet strict legislation and accessibility requirements.
  • Fully integrated with Bosch Dicentis & Televic – Use your existing conference systems directly with Teams, with no clunky workarounds. Since June 2025, Televic Confero is a new addition to the compatibility list.
  • No budget surprises – We were the first, and we’re still the most affordable! We don’t charge per remote participant. And for our Connect customers, HL4T comes as standard.

New version: Even Easier to Use

We’ve listened to your feedback and added features to streamline hybrid meetings further:

For Participants:

  • New HL4T Teams tab – View the speaker queue, request to speak, participate in debates, and vote — all in one place.

For Operators:

  • One-click meeting linking – Log in to Teams via SpaceManager and connect to your Teams meeting instantly.
  • Discreet operator mode – The operator’s Teams user can manage meetings without appearing on the participant list.
  • Simplified interpretation – Add and manage interpreters to the meeting with a click; attendees (local or remote) automatically hear the right language based on the language selected.

Teams users can see the speaking queue and vote in the same place

Why It Matters

With other providers now scrambling to offer Teams integration, here’s what sets HL4T apart:

  • Purpose-built for compliance – Designed for formal meetings (participation management, voting, minutes, webcasting,…).
  • No hidden costs – No per-user fees or expensive add-ons.
  • Proven in the public sector – Tried and trusted by councils nationwide, with live support from our knowledgeable team.

Moray Council

"The Council have been using the hybrid and voting system since the end of Covid restrictions. The system gives Councillors and Officers increased flexibility on how they can attend meetings which has resulted in increased attendance."
